You have to be a watcher of mine to use!! Unwatch me and you loose rights!!!! (Its free only to my watchers)
You must credit me by TAGGING me in in description when you use it!!!
You must note me to get the files! 
If you don't wish to watch me then you may purchase with points or paypal!

I will be keeping an updated list of who purchases this base be it by watching me or actually buying it! You will be reported for stealing if you decide to use without following the rules!
